For an existing order, include your order reference and the email address used at checkout. Please do not send card details or unnecessary personal information about your child.
Before placing an order
Please check your selected letter, package, and the child's mailing name and address before paying. The parent or purchaser's details are contact information; the child's name is used on the envelope.
All sales are final. Orders enter the production queue immediately after payment and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Shipping questions
Postage is included in every package price. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Letters start shipping the first week of December.
The shipping start window is not a delivery-date guarantee. Postal transit times vary.
